Studio Policies

Please do not attend classes if sick, or if you have a lingering cough. The health of our students and staff is of utmost importance.

NO cell phones in the practice room. If on-call for work, let the instructor know before class.

Classes start EXACTLY on time. Doors will lock EXACTLY at class start time.

A yoga mat and full size towel are required for EVERY class.

Walk-ins are always welcome! Please arrive early.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for in-studio classes must be cancelled a minimum of 2 HOURS prior to class start time.

Cancellation policy for students using unlimited passes: there is an automatic $10 charge for NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL to your card on file.

Cancellation policy for students using class cards or drop-in pricing: studio keeps your visits to cover the NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL.

Cancellation policy for students using ClassPass: there is an automatic $10 charge for NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL to your card on file.

Class Cards and Packages Policy

All class cards, drop in, monthly passes and yearly passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. All expiration dates are final, NO extensions.

All class cards expire one year from first class taken using the card.

Any expired classes remaining on a full priced class card can be added on to a new class card purchase of equal or greater value IF requested within one month of class card expiring.

Autodebit Policy

Autopay is a three month minimum contract.

Autopay will continue to bill once per month beyond three months.

Autodebit Cancellation Policy

To cancel autopay, a written cancellation via email is required at least 30 days prior to date of billing. Written cancellation must be sent via email to info@energizehotyoga.com. Please include your first and last name, the date and a note stating that you would like to cancel your autopay contract. Notice must be given 30 days prior to date of billing.

Autodebit Pause Policy

You can pause autopay from billing date to billing date. It is $10 per month to keep your membership on pause and your current rate. We can pause memberships for a maximum of 3 months. A pause can only occur after 3 month minimum has passed.

Clothing and Merchandise Policy

ALL clothing and accessories are non-refundable. Please, ALWAYS, try on clothing before purchasing.

On a waitlist?

Please check regularly up until the 2 hour mark to see if you have been automatically moved from the waitlist in to class. You may always cancel your waitlist reservation up to 2 hours prior to class start time. Very often, students who are on the waitlist DO get moved in to the class automatically, up until the 2 hour mark! You will be held responsible for the late cancellation fee if you get moved from the waitlist into class and do not cancel within the 2 hour window. *No exceptions

It is required to opt-in for email and text notifications, if joining a waitlist for class. This is the only possible way for our system to notify you about being moved from a waitlist in to class.

If a class is full, it is highly recommended to just come in to the studio to see if a spot becomes available- very often those who show up get in to class! *We will start giving away spots to wait listers present in the studio about 10 minutes before class begins*

Studio Protocol

Guidelines for in studio classes are to keep everyone safe, healthy and happy! The health and safety of our staff and students is our top priority!

Energize follows ALL up to date Sonoma County safety guidelines and mandates.

Stay home if feeling any symptoms of being sick.

Please visit First Timers. Read and sign our updated liability waiver.

Bring a mat, large towel and water. Our rental package is $10 (includes 1 mat & 1 towel).

Please opt-in for receiving emails and text messages (including NEWS) from Energize and update your email address and telephone number in your account. Important Protocol Updates will be sent via email only. Schedule updates, such as being moved from a waitlist in to a class are sent via email and/or text. This is required if you register for any in studio class.
