Energize Hot Yoga!

Hello, our lovely Yoga Community. We are reaching out to each of you with some super exciting news. When our doors originally opened over 20 years ago, we only offered Bikram Yoga style classes. In the last four years we have adapted, shifted and grown to expand our horizons offering a muchgreater variety of classes. I am honored to announce we are changing our name to Energize Hot Yoga Santa Rosa.

Our new name reflects our studios vibrant energy, positive strong community and uplifting classes. Our studio has always been and continues to be independent and locally owned. We will continue to have the same amazing classes, teachers, staff, and schedule! Our business name shift will roll out slowly over the next 30 days. You will start to see changes on our web site, app and more over the month of February.

All students who complete the February fitness challenge, 25 classes in 29 days, will receive a super awesome shirt with our spectacular NEW Energize Hot Yoga Santa Rosa Logo. This name change has been long in the works and we are so excited to see where this new fantastic direction takes us! We look forward to sharing our practice, community and future with each and every one of you.
